New travel site for 2022: Bucketlist Travels

Earlier in the year I did some Beijing travel writing for a lovely new website, Bucket List Travels, covering off the usual bases - must-see sights and experiences, best hotels and dining, and so on. The site’s founder, Matt Roach, hired expert travel writers for each city and region covered, making it a really comprehensive and useful resource that might be flying under the radar right now.

The core of the site is ‘Bucket list experiences’, those truly unmissable (life-changing?) attractions that define a destination. In the case of Beijing, they include the Forbidden City and the Great Wall of China, but also some ‘lesser’ highlights like Beijing’s temples and shrines, and the unmissable Jingshan Park in the heart of the capital.
